1. Quick start

  1. Download and install the app.
  2. Create or sign in to your account with email or Apple.
  3. Set a master password and save the recovery code if provided.
  4. Start adding your passwords and important information.

2. Account & login

2.1 Sign up and sign in

  • Email sign-in and Sign in with Apple are supported.
  • If you use email sign-in, you may need to verify a code.

2.2 Forgot master password / cannot unlock

  • The master password is only used for local unlock; we cannot recover or reset it for you.
  • If you forget it, you can reset the master password, but this will clear local data on the current device (such as items, templates, and categories).
  • If you have an exported encrypted backup, you can restore data by importing it after the reset.

2.3 Unable to sign in or verification code issues

  • Please check your network connection and the validity period of the code.
  • If you still cannot sign in, submit a ticket through in-app help or contact us.

3. Create and manage items

3.1 Create a new item

  • Tap "Add" on the home or list page.
  • Select an item type (such as login info, card, identity, or secure note, depending on the app).
  • Fill in required fields and save.

3.2 Edit and delete

  • Edit or delete in the item details screen.
  • Deletion may be irreversible; please confirm carefully.

3.3 Groups and tags

  • Use categories or tags to organize items for easier search.
  • Grouping methods depend on what the app supports.

4. Search and filters

  • Search by title, notes, or tags (depending on supported scope).
  • Use filters to quickly locate frequently used items.

5. Password and security tips

  • Use unique, complex passwords for each account.
  • Avoid reusing the same password across multiple sites or services.
  • Regularly update passwords for high-risk or important accounts.

6. Sync and multi-device use (if applicable)

The current version does not provide cloud sync. For multi-device migration, use export/import backups.

7. Import and export (if applicable)

  • The app may support exporting encrypted backup files for migration or backup.
  • When importing, you may be prompted to merge or overwrite (based on in-app guidance).
  • Keep exported files and recovery codes secure to avoid leakage.

8. Frequently asked questions (FAQ)

8.1 Will anyone else see my data?

We do not read or view your vault contents. Please refer to the Privacy Policy for details.

8.2 How do I restore data after switching phones?

The current version does not provide cloud sync. Export an encrypted backup on the old device and import it on the new device; if a recovery code is required, follow the prompts.

8.3 Why am I not receiving the verification code?

Please check spam folders, email filtering settings, and network status, and confirm whether the code has expired.
